Overview
Why it exists
Apple Calendar shows every event the same way, so what matters gets lost among birthdays, trips and invitations. Horizon sorts it for you, on your iPhone, with no new account.
What it does
- Sorts every event in Apple Calendar into categories, on device, and lets you add your own.
- Brings what matters to the Lock Screen, widgets, Siri and Apple Watch.
- Keeps invitations in view until you answer them, and lets birthdays and trips step aside.
Outcomes
- Live on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
- Runs on device, with no account to create.
How it's built
A native app in SwiftUI and SwiftData using Apple frameworks only: categories sync through iCloud, widgets and the Watch app share the same data, and Siri works through App Intents.
